My manager always changes my roster without telling me and I have weekends off but I told then if they need me that bad on a weekend then have to ask in advance and then if I don’t have plans I’ll go but she still rosters me on for weekends without asking I just don’t show up

My manager complained that my colleague had a eye surgery the next week as we were supposed to plan time off two weeks in advance. He said she should have given more notice and she was like "I literally found out an hour ago" 😂
