@thehamiltongroupco: A fixer-upper isn't a price point, it's a condition. 💡 Many buyers assume that older homes should automatically be cheap, but real estate doesn't work that way. Location matters. Land matters. Construction matters. Let's be honest, a fixer-upper isn't for everyone. Renovations take time, patience, money, and a willingness to deal with unexpected challenges along the way. This property wasn't HGTV-ready, but it was move-in ready and that's exactly why it was such a great opportunity. What's more important to you: a lower purchase price or fewer repairs? 👇 #bahamiantiktok🇧🇸 #fixerupper #realestateinvesting #realestateexperts #homeownertips
