Part3 Stress 🧠:  ሐሳብህን በመቀየር ሕይወትህን እንዴት ልትቀይር ትችላለህ? 👉 ስትረስ ማለት በቀላሉ የሚደርስብህ ነገር አይደለም… አእምሮህ የሚፈጥረው፣ የሚያስተናግደው እና ደግሞ የሚደጋግም ሂደት ነው።  👉 እያንዳንዱ የስትረስ ልምድ የሚከታተለው ድብቅ ዙር ያለው ነው፡ 👉 ሐሳብ → ስሜት → እርምጃ → መድገም። ነገር ግን አብዛኛዎቹ ሰዎች ስትሬሱን ብቻ ያዳምጣሉ… ከጀርባው ያለውን ሂደት አያዩም። 👉  አእምሮህ ለእውነታ ቀጥታ አይሰራም—እውነታን እንዴት እንደምትተርጓም ነው የሚሰራው።  👉 አንድ የቀድሞ ልምድ፣ ፍርሃት ወይም የማስታወሻ ክስተት በHippocampus ይነሳል፣ ከዚያም የስሜት ማዕከል የሆነው  👉Amygdala “ይህ ደህና ነው ወይስ አደገኛ?” ብሎ ፈጣን ውሳኔ ይሰጣል። አደገኛ ብሎ ከተቀበለ—even እንኳን ምናባዊ ቢሆን—ሰውነትህ ወዲያውኑ ወደ ስትሬስ ሁኔታ ይገባል። 👉 ከዚህ ውስጥ አስፈላጊው ነገር ይህ ነው፡ ሐሳብ ስሜትን ይፈጥራል።  👉 ብዙ ሰዎች “ሕይወት ከባድ ስለሆነ እጨነቃለሁ” ይላሉ፣ ግን እውነቱ እንዲህ ነው፡ “ሕይወትን እንዴት እንደምን እንስበን ነው የምንሰማውን የሚያወጣው።” “ምናልባት እንዴ?” “ሰዎች ይፈርዱብኛል?” “አልበቃም” ያሉ አንድ ብቻ ሐሳቦች እንኳን በጥቂት ሰከንዶች ውስጥ ሙሉ የስሜት ምላሽ ሊፈጥሩ ይችላሉ። 👉 ከዚያ ስሜቱ እርምጃን ይነዳል—ጭንቀት ወደ መሸሸግ፣ ፍርሃት ወደ ከመጠን በላይ መአስተያየት፣ ግፊት ወደ ፍጥነት ወይም መተው ያመራል። በዚያ ጊዜ ከሎጂክ አትሰራም… ከስሜት ትነዳለህ። 👉 ከዚያ ዙሩ ይጀምራል። እርምጃህ ወደ አእምሮህ ይመለሳል። “አልችልም” ብለህ ትነሳለህ፣ ፍርሃት ትሰማለህ፣ ከሁኔታው ትሸሻለህ፣ ከዚያ አእምሮህ “መሸሸግ = ደህንነት” ብሎ ይማራል።  👉 ይህ ነው ስትረስ እንደ ልምድ የሚሆነው፤ አንድ ጊዜ ብቻ አይደለም፣ የሚደጋገም፣ የሚጠነክር እና በባህሪ ውስጥ የሚተካ ይሆናል። ግን ይህ ሊቀየር ይችላል። አእምሮ ይለዋዋጣል። ዙሩን በሐሳብ ደረጃ ሲቋርጥ የሚቀጥለውን ሁሉ ታስቀይራለህ። 👉 “ይህ ስትረስ ነው” ከማለት ይልቅ፣ “አሁን ይህን ስሜት የሚፈጥረው ምን ሐሳብ ነው?” ብለህ መጠየቅን ልመድ። 👉 ይህ ግንዛቤ ብቻ ዙሩን መስበር ይጀምራል። እንኳን በBible ውስጥ “በአእምሮአችሁ መታደስ ተለወጡ” (Romans 12፥2) ተብሎ ተጻፎአል።  👉 ሕይወትህ መጀመሪያ አይቀየርም… አስተሳሰብህ ይቀየራል። አስተሳሰብህ ሲቀየር ስሜትህ ይከተላል፣ እርምጃህም ወደ አዲስ አቅጣጫ ይሄዳል። ዋናው እውነት ይህ ነው፡ አንተ ስትረስህን አይደለህም—የሚፈጠረውን ሂደት የምትመለከት ነህ 👉  እንዴት እንደምት አስብ፣ ለምን እንደምት ሰማ፣ ምን እንደምት አደርግ ሲገባህ መቆጣጠር ትጀምራለህ። ይህን ዳግም ቀስ ብለህ ተመልከት… ምክንያቱም የሚቀጥለው ልዩ ለውጥህ በብዙ መሥራት አይጀምርም… ማሰብ ነው የሚጀምረው። 👉 Stress is not just something that “happens” to you… It is something your mind creates, processes, and repeats. 👉 Every stressful experience follows a hidden loop: 👉 Thought → Emotion → Action → Reinforcement But most people only feel the stress… They never see the process behind it. 🧠 What really happens inside your mind?
