What about operations in the sense of building business infrastructure, change management, compliance, and creating SOP’s and workflows to help business operate more effectively and more efficiently, with systems that scale with the company’s growth? Is that something you think would work for an operations consultant?

How do you speak so eloquently like that in corporate? Lol. I am 25 and in middle management but am looking into the fractional route for better income. I just dont think I can speak very well
