That is cool but in real life situations relating to Newton's laws of motion, a speeding car can't just stop coz kinetic enegery that the car holds with either be turned into heat or circular motion. so the car will either rotate or roll over or even burst tyres. So that motion sensor may apply if the car is not apeeding.
