There are foods that due to fiber content, satiation, and caloric density will make it inherently easier to maintain a caloric deficit and lean out. That being said, you still 100% can have any of these foods (I probably would recommend skipping the olive oil purely from a caloric density aspect. That being said I eat clean 6 days a week and on my one “off day” I eat the foods I want but make it 1 or 2 large meals on that day and just don’t overdue it. I’m decently into the cut right now and still on the way!
