So at 3 months, I recommend “assisting” babies to fall asleep in their own beds (I know this is easier said then done with 3 of them😅). So patting, shushing, rubbing their heads. Then as they get better at going down in their bed, decrease how much help you give them. At 4 months you can try modified Ferber, but again, not as easy with 3 🙃

Sleep training is trash. It’s all temperament in my opinion. My singleton was harder to put to sleep and still sucks at sleeping than my twins put together! I just try to meet their needs and move on.

We did all this crap too and the only thing that worked was Ferber method. He has a book with lots of helpful info beyond just the method too. But then honestly every other week they’re in some leap or regression where sleep is trash again anyways 🤷🏼♀️

I just want to say yall should be freakin’ proud of yourselves! ♥️I hope things get better for you. Best advice is keep their nighttime routine the same every night. Turn lights down low while you do it. Keep it simple-ish, keep it sustainable. (Similar noise or environment, (a show, a book, songs, whatever. A darker environment…) just the same damn thing every night and hopefully eventually they will catch on. I think that’s the gist of all the apps, books, programs blah blah blah. The rest is do what feels right and trust your instincts on what you think they need. You know YOUR babies. Hang in there from a mom of 2 singletons. YOUR PUTTING US ALL TO SHAME. Way to go!!!

I did not feel like my twin girls were ready for 12 hours by 12 weeks!!! I always was ready to sleep train them and then I would push it off. But the best thing we did do was teach them how to fall asleep awake in their crib

Do you have enough rooms for sleep training them all separately?

I learned once they reach 15 pounds they should be able to sleep through the night. Usually around three months. I had twins plus one 22 months apart. Hang in there!!🙏🏻🥰

I think it mostly just depends on your baby and the more your stress about it, the harder it is!. I always nurse to sleep and nurse on demand during the night and I’ve had two great sleepers. Good luck!!!

With my daughter's triplets we found it so hard. The newborn trenches seemed to last longer than newborn. They didn't seem to settle into a five hour sleep pattern until they hit 5 months. Then we started to put them down not dependent on a bottle. Just feed every 4 hours and putting them down awake at the end of their wake window when they are giving sleep cues and shushing them and patting them and then leaving for 5 minutes or so as long as they aren't crying in distress. They learn to self soothe, Now they are 7 mos and sleeping 5/6 hours and waking up sometimes for a bottle and then sleeping another 3/4 hours until we start our day. They also room share and they seemed to wake each other up before the 5/6 month but now if one wakes up it doesn't disturb the others. Also 2 boys and 1 girl! Also white noise playing in their room during nap and sleep helps
