She took Penelope - the child - to the hospital and found out that she also had incisions on her body, indicating they had done illegal surgery and possibly drug carrying once again with her. the parents got involved with drugs, they used MC as a way to transport drugs five times and did the same thing with her daughter at the end of the story MC calls 991 on her own parents after she found out what they did
