@gzreel: Amateur engineers around the world have been hand-building functional jet engines in their backyards, complete with afterburners—and the results are legitimate. These homemade turbojets use the same core design as commercial engines: a compressor, a combustion chamber, and a turbine, all built from scratch using welded metal parts and off-the-shelf components. When an afterburner is added, raw fuel is injected and ignited in the exhaust stream behind the turbine, which can nearly double the engine's thrust. The flame shifts from a red-orange burst during startup to a steady blue-white at full power—a sign that combustion is complete and temperatures are extreme enough to begin glowing or melting the exhaust nozzle. To measure real thrust output, builders bolt the engine to a test stand fitted with a scale, letting them record exact numbers under load. It is a level of grassroots engineering that mirrors professional aerospace testing, done entirely outside with hand tools and self-taught knowledge.

Your challenge will be in your Compression blade material selection, will it survive heat of 1500°C after 15mins test

The trust would be more than what is measure because of the angle of inclinations of the scale is about 30 degrees. So you'll get an accurate measure
