Eat blueberries, whole grains nuts, seeds, legumes, green leafy vegetables, turmeric, eggs, avocado, fatty fish, take vitamins D3 with K2, if your vitamin D is lower than 30, or get early morning sun exposure 15- 30 minutes a day limit sugar and ultra processed food. Socializing and physical activities helps to prevent dementia.

Thanks for sharing. I totally agreed with you. I worked for Pfizer for 26 years and the promoted Aricept. My mom and mu aunt passed away from Alzheimzer's. Hopefully we can figure out the causes. One neurologist told me that there're numerous pathways that associated with this disease.I'll follow you for more updates.

The infusions can eliminate Amyloid plaques but the person does not get their memory or cognition back and there are also millions of people w Amyloid plaques but w no Alz disease or symptoms so they don’t even think they’re the ‘cause’ of it. Def better to look at metabolic causes and try to change lifestyle factors.
