I know because the constitution dosent recognize agency tribunals in it foundation. They these tribunals deal with corporate codes and statues that deal with entities, individuals and corporations this is all legal jargon not law. nowwhere in the contextual language of the constitution does it say anything about the creation of administrative codes or statues to govern the people. the constitution was created to protect the people from government overreach. and the constitution only recognizes an Article 3 Court with judge with tenure. an in things of controversy the man is entitled to due process and 7th amendment right to a jury trial. The problem is he is right about somethings but wrong about other terms he is using. He is combining legal reasoning and there admistrative legal jargon which deals with admistrative codes which are all regulatory in fact but with real law these are the rights protected by the constitution. again nowhere can you find in the language of the the constitution or under any of the branch of goverment the lawful authority to circumvent the constitution and rely on codes or create them which the constitution gives no right or give any tribunals or so called judge to be judge jury and executioner in a matter of controversy. He is not in the correct court setting and the only reason the ajudicator is not respecting his righs is because hes under admistrative legalize and this has nothing to do with the constitution and also he is doing what he is doing to protect the corporate structure to not expose the game and under the threat of arrest"contempt" or jail time. understand this the law was designed to be understood by any man or woman not to be interpreted to mean 10 different things this is not law but legalize and can be changed at whim....

yes the only reason they have authority is due to force of policy enforcers with a weapon or threat of arrest for compliance. he is correct about article 3 court judges he is an administrative tribunal ajudicator for profit.
