Part of a gun or not you still have the right to own a gun and weather or not it has been fabricated in your home on your property you still have the right to own arms according to the Second amendment. Registered or not. Registration of a fire arm was not a requirement of the second amendment and any Law preventing you from posessing your "arms" is stil considered an "Infringement" on your second amendment right. Nothing complicated at all no matter what legal verbage is used. Sorry the legal speak no matter how complicated is still an infringement to the 2nd amendment. Federal laws requiring you to register is violation on 2nd amendment. Bottom line if/or refer to 2nd amendment then all is in violation if it impairs or hinders you to excercise your right. So where is the complication? Interpretation is not law nor is any law that infinges on the 2nd amend right.

The Judicial cannot make laws either!!! A ruling (opinion) is nothing unless Congress finishes it and makes a law!!!!!

Second amendment right is very clear and specific in stating "shall not be infringed" Every U.S. citizen should be able to get a gun of any kind any time without delay or qualifying requirement. This 2nd amendment was written this way so no law after could undermine citizens right to aquire a firearm.
