I scoop about ½ cup cottage cheese into a small oven-safe dish, top it with a spoonful of sugar-free pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, a little mozzarella, and some Italian seasoning. Then I air fry it at 375°F for about 6-8 minutes until bubbly and golden. It tastes like the cheesy top of a pizza without the crust. Sometimes I add mushrooms or diced bell peppers too.
