I had to get one for a mass found and omg the boob squeeze hurts but I also have smaller breasts so it was harder to squeeze down on the platform. Hope it went well for you!!

You've got this! it's mildly uncomfortable, but the mammogram techs are amazing! tell them it's your first time and that you're nervous. I always find a point in the wall to focus on.

It’s uncomfortable. But it’s not worth too much stress. The technicians are always super nice - at least in my experience.

No it wasn’t awful. Over super fast and mildly uncomfortable but no pain for me. It felt weird to have a stranger touching me but it is very clinical and again, over really fast.
