Did u know if u heat the pan on medium for 1-2 minutes, then drop a splash of water in and the water bounces around on the pan, then wipe the water out and put some oil and lower the flame, throw the eggs on and immediately start moving them around with a silicon spatula you can get perfect unstuck scrambled eggies every time too

I prefer my scrambled eggs to cook a little before we move them, and even then we just move them slightly, bigger pieces not tiny egg poop.

You can use metal on stainless steel, these look like french style scrambled eggs which are done low and slow, stainless steel pans are non stick without oil.

Truth is there is no accurate way to determine food sensitivities via an easy test. The only way is to do an elimination diet with gradual introduction of foods to see if you react up to 3 days after consuming the newly introduced foods.
