@cookinwithjenni: Creamy Pineapple Lemonade Ingredients •900g pineapple chunks •350g sweetened condensed milk •100g freshly squeezed lemon juice •2l cold water •50g sugar •1 lemons, thinly sliced •Ice cubes •Pineapple chunks and mint for garnish (optional) Instructions 1.Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into chunks. 2.Set aside some pineapple chunks for the pitcher and place the remaining pineapple chunks in a blender. 3.Add the sweetened condensed milk and some of the cold water to the blender. 4.Blend until smooth and creamy. Fill a pitcher with ice cubes. Add the sliced lemons and the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the pitcher. 5.Pour the blended pineapple mixture into the pitcher. Add the remaining cold water and stir well until everything is combined.Taste and adjust as needed. Add more lemon juice for a tangier flavour. Add more condensed milk for extra sweetness.
