This is an easy workout that isn't strenuous but aids the body in many ways assisting with circulation, muscle aid, mental stimulation etc. A lot is put down to "age" this isn't the case, we consume things in different ways not only orally, this is one of them. I'm aulder and still extremely active, rewiring your body aids in so many ways and there's so many ways this is one of them. Tai Chi is a great starter and there's even workouts for disabilities, lots of videos on y tube. Our bodies are what we feed them not only through food. Great share 💜
