Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Toss to coat and let marinate for 10 minutes. 2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 3. Prepare the cauliflower rice: in a microwave-safe bowl, mix cauliflower rice with garlic powder and a pinch of salt-free seasoning.
