@cookcomfort: Warm Cherry Tomato & Burrata Caprese Dip 🍅 Serves 4 Ingredients 3 cups cherry tomatoes 8 oz burrata cheese 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1–2 garlic cloves, minced Fresh basil Crusty bread, for serving Instructions Add cherry tomatoes to a skillet over medium heat. Stir in olive oil, balsamic and garlic. Cook for 8–10 minutes, until the tomatoes are softened and blistered. Spread burrata on a serving plate and spoon the warm tomatoes over top. Finish with salt and fresh basil. Serve with crusty bread.
