USB 3 was the end of USB be universally good. now its just a crapshoot. usb c? so you want: charging? audio? ethernet? display? oh which version of usb? 1, 1.1, 2, 3, 3.1 gen1, 3.1 gen2, 3.2 gen1, 3.2 gen2 4? thunderbolt? tb2? tb3? im sure there about 50 more too. good luck getting a USB C cable that will actually support even a 3rd of the features.

I've had 2 or 3 and they were all from China, and they were all fast chargers, so they were pretty good until they broke.
