I'm Algerian if Messi got sent off that would've been a very big advantage for us and could've at least given us the hope of a draw which will help us go forward but just because you like Messi you don't care the game was ruined for others this is just sad how football have become

Red is debatable, but it's DEFINETELY a yellow at least. The fact that even with var available this was NOT EVEN YELLOW is crazy. Studs first into the guys calf. I'm as happy as the next guy to see messi magic. But we have to be honest and look at this from Algeria perspective. This could have been huge for them. Algeria vs 10 argentinians and without messi would have been a completely different game and Messi would have missed the austria match too. This would have changed the whole group dynamic.
