Poor arguments. 1) Basically if even one person who is lgbt grows up in a home w/o abuse, absent parent(s), household dysfunction, etc then it would destroy this argument. It also wouldnt explain why there are people from such environments that are not lgbt. 2) this argument holds for the T, but not for the LGB. Rates of physical and mental health concerns show no statistically significant difference by sexual orientation. 3) even if everything in the “none of your business” counterargument was granted, that wouldn’t prove why LGBT is something that needs to be “defended” in the first place.
