It's sad to think that everyday, 43 children are diagnosed with this disease. And the chance of any child developing cancer is 1 in 330. These numbers aren't rare, which is why we need to talk about it more. We at ABRACC are here to educate and provide safe information to parents of children with cancer. But we can't do it alone. We need everyone to help SHOUT to the four winds that according to data from the National Cancer Institute (INCA), there is no specific percentage of investment in research against childhood cancer in Brazil. By the way, children deserve an annual percentage of exclusive investment in childhood cancer research.
