They put human beings in chains and force them into tiny boxes for 23 hours out of the day so its no surprise to see nasty people that are cops. You used to atleast look at these situations as just a few bad actors managed to slip through but now its clearly reversed. The rot is coming directly from police department after police department from the top down. The us government is the biggest organized crime network in all of history besides the colonial powers.
