How about placing a piece of tape down the center, use your product on one side and use any generic cleaner on the other side. That light looks too bad to be able to be restored with just spray, it just looks dirty

the only way to fix most of those is get some water sandpaper and watersand it and use increasingly finer grit sandpaper and then use some buffing compound and then polishing compound and it will get rid of the blistered looking lense and leave you a new looking lense
