Building the automation is the easy part. Testing is where the real work happens and it should take three to five times longer than the build itself. A workflow that runs perfectly in a controlled environment can fail completely when real volume hits real edge cases. And if you skipped the testing phase, you will not find that out until months in when the cost of fixing it is far higher than catching it early would have been.
