I'd add being good with animals. If he's good and friendly (or neutral, if he doesn't necessarily like animals too much, that's okay!) then he's a good person. The amount of people who seem okay and then are cruel to innocents is crazy. It says a lot about this person!

I’ve also heard that being good with kids is a green flags. I know quite a few people who work in the daycare, schools & kindergarten who has really good relationships, including my little brother who’s turning 22 in september
