Make your backswing shorter and try to avoid top spin on the ball by hitting it flatter then these shots will also work for intermediate/advanced levels. I recommend watching videos by Marta Marrero, a former tennis player who was number 1 in padel for several years. I hope this helps. Best of luck! 🍀👋

the backhand is proper and smooth but the opponent is low level or beginner so they can not return it. you need yo try with bronze or silver player
