Wash your mogodu thoroughly and place it in a pot. 2. Add one chopped onion and enough water to cover the tripe. 3. Allow it to boil until the mogodu is tender. 4. In a separate pan, brown the remaining onion until golden. 5. Add the cooked mogodu and let it fry gently in its own natural oils. 6. Crumble in the beef stock cube and add the chopped spring onions. 7. Pour in a little water, stir well, and allow everything to simmer for a few minutes until the flavours combine. 8.
