Depending on which stand you’re in you’ve got the Royal Enclosure Gardens or the Queen Anne Gardens - both left as you enter, some shady spots and tables, and ability to see the horses in the pre parade ring. Deffo see the ladies in the train for a sketch too!

I feel like I pronounce it AscOt which sounds rather intense. Have you thought about bringing headphones with you? I have ear buds which look less obvious. You don't have to be listening to music either. They just dull the sound of the world slightly. They have stopped quite a few overstimulated shutdowns for me. Hope this helps! ❤️
