Best advice for parents we got was take time for yourself. Definitely have date nights so you don’t lose yourself. Always taking care of the kids.! as a care provider best advice was take time off not just holiday to prevent burnout!!!

Love that quote. We thought we were done after baby 3 like I was supposed to have my tubes tied when I had her but she came early and the paper work wasn’t signed for 30 days. Fast forward a few years and we decided to have one more. At that point we truly felt done!
