This is sebaceous filament and natural do not leave permanently because they serve an important function, they naturally refill with oil after being emptied. You can only make them less visible. Product you should look out for naicinamide( the ordinary naicinamide helped mine). salicylic acid toners ( creithons) or serum and sometimes retinol if your skin takes it.

I once dealt with this with vitamin c, moisturizer, and retinol. That worked for my face type. You could go see a dermatologist for better advice.
