Independance is a hot topic over here, and likely will always be. Those of us who (many young people) narrowly missed out on our chance to vote for independance before, will likely never be able to, as there is no longer a democratic route to independance, so it stings a bit to be called british. Most of us though, understand that not everyone is obligated to udnerstand the political nuance of a small, inconsequential country they dont live in, so will give you the free pass 😅. Sorry about those who didn't understand that.
