I reduced my dairy intake (i can drink a gallon a day honestly), increased my water intake (i got a stanley i realized i can drink sm more water if i have a straw), started applying baby butt cream mixed with my moisturizer morning and night, and those noxzema pads. Also washing my pillow cases like every other day

Contrary to popular belief wounds benefit from moisture to heal. They don’t need to air out. That sealed environment always help mine heal faster/flatten out sooner because of that alone. Source: I have a lot of acne 💔

Pimple patches with the micro darts work the best for me when they are deep and painful. The peach slices brand is good too. Regular patches don’t work for me

cystic acne is hormonal, while some topicals help, you’re better off seeing a dermatologist and getting prescribed a medication that you can’t take to balance out your hormones. personally, spironolactone helped me, along with tretinoin and dapsone gel

i usually spot treat with benzoyl peroxide before bed and it’ll either come to a head or downsize a ton over night!

Not a treatment but maybe stop touching your face unless your hands are freshly washed. I see a lot of people rub their hands all over their face and then wonder why they breakout

Tree Activ cystic acne spot treatment overnight. Works miracles. Also taking vitamins C, A, and E helps with keeping my face clear. I struggle w cystic acne too and this helps😩

Get on Spironolactone and cover them with a pimple patch. The patches won’t get rid of it but it will stop you from picking to have a barrier.

First of all. It depends on the pimple patch. These cute little shaped ones with the colors are not it. The medical pimple patch is different. Cosrx is a lifesaver

Hey, this might not be a great answer but the best thing that worked for me was talking to myself out loud. I literally would be reaching for, it and I would just say out loud no I’m not gonna touch it. I’ve been repeating to myself, I have good skin, and I am beautiful every day. I know it sounds cheesy as fuck, but I swear it’s working for me. I also use adapalene gel and mandelic acid in my skin care routine. Both of those actives are gentle enough for my sensitive skin. You’re gorgeous btw 🩷🫶
