In fact, the body does not absorb beta-carotene found in carrots by a high percentage, it may increase its absorption when cooked with fat, but the liver still works strongly to convert it into retinol on the other hand cow liver or chicken liver contains ready-made retinol and not beta-carotene. So if you really want retinol, you should eat liver, not carrots. Even sweet potatoes have beta-carotene many times more than carrots.

I want to share that I am happy for both of us that our skin are much better than before and that we are confident. You are beautiful, Grace May.
