People did this to me too!😭 I’d tic so much that my chronic pain would worsen to where I couldn’t go to school the next day. I literally can’t go to school anymore because people couldn’t take my “no” seriously.

people have found that If they sneak up behind me it triggers me 😭 I think everyone can get a mental image of that 🥲

My rule was the can do it three times before I tell them to knock it off. First could be an accident, second could be them not understanding, third tends to be intentional

I haven’t been diagnosed with anything but I have quite an aggressive head jerk that’s a tic, and sometimes I just go “ahhhh” but like quietly in lowercase when I do it. My friends do their best not to trigger my tics but sometimes if they stretch or crack their necks that’s enough and I’m ticcing for five or ten minutes regularly, then I go back to ticcing a couple times an hour

If it's friends and people I trust yeah it's okay sometimes as long as it's not my violent or painful tics but when random people do it it makes me wanna crawl into a hole and die bc ppl have no idea how uncomfortable a premonitory urge is or how triggering someones tics can cause attacks it harmful tics

My six year old son does this to me all the time, well his favourite time to do it is when he has been naughty and I am trying to tell him off 🤦♂️😅
