As a medical professional and epileptic with an Epileptologist, I call anything that is not recorded on EEG “seizure like activity.” That is what my Epileptologist says because unless it is actively being recorded on EEG, there is no way to know for certain that it is an epileptic seizure. It encompasses everything needed for documentation and then you can describe what occurred, how long it took the patient to return to baseline. I almost said “etc.” but I can’t stand K saying that for everything, so just gonna skip that word….

From personal experience having seizures there was a time I came around not knowing who anyone was I even forgot I had a daughter. When i eventually came back to being fully myself I broke down heartbroken that I had forgotten who she was and I forgot where I was how old I was it was like having major brain fog/memory loss I hate it! Kirsten wants to be ashamed of herself, sad thing is my daughter is 13 and is trained on how to help me during a seizure
