The government is recording you everywhere already, go ahead and look up how many flock cameras are in your city. We have no expectation of privacy in public spaces. We don’t even have it in private spaces really.

11 In the United States, there is generally no expectation of privacy in public spaces. Because you are legally permitted to film or photograph anything in public view, recording someone’s underage child is technically legal. This applies to average citizens as well as the police.
