is getting a frame on am5 to just use a ton of thermal paste and not worry about it overspilling on the motherboard a good idea?

The only major reason to have a contact frame on an AM5 CPU is if you're super worried about thermal paste touching places other than the heatsink, at that point, you've probably used too much paste. Besides that, the difference in thermals is minimal, if there's a difference at all

can you give me an advice for fixing the stuttering in fh6. i have 9060xt paired with 5 5600x and if i put high or extreme/ultra graphics i get stutters here and there. for some reason lowering or uping the graphics doesnt do much

i have friends everywhere :
they are not useless... they just don't really help thermally... i put one on am5 just because of it's weird shape... i don't like having to ckean thermal goo out of 36 corners 😁
