Hey so that’s not how trademark laws work 🙃 the law states that a company cannot stop the public from using trademarked words in their ordinary, descriptive sense. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SAY HOW GIRL WALK. For a trademark owner to win a lawsuit, they must prove that your use of the phrase is likely to confuse regular consumers into thinking your post was created, sponsored, or endorsed by the official corporate brand.

It’s not infringement if you’re not making any money on it! You can name your playlists whatever you want! Know your rights!!! I have to get caught up on this because it’s actually ridiculous that this keeps happening recently (though I will say as someone who literally works in IP law this is my kinda drama)
