Lunch 🥗 Grilled Chicken MyPlate Bowl Ingredients: grilled chicken breast, cooked brown rice, roasted sweet potato cubes, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, lemon-olive vinaigrette Instructions: Season chicken with salt/pepper and grill 4–5 min per side; rest and slice.
