I do not care more than my students.. parents.. admin… I do not teach everyday.. some days are reset days… we are having class outside at least once a week while the weather is nice..we celebrate birthdays and outside of school achievements..I take lunch by myself every single day.. I spend a hour before school prepping.. my classroom structure is the same every single day..

I take mental health days at least once a month…I have a date set & if I need to do an extra one after a bad day I take it. No shame at all
