@alexskitchenbangers: Cheesy Nando's Chicken Wraps This is one of our go to after work dinners when I really can’t be bothered to cook. They’re quick, easy and my husband genuinely rates them a 10/10 🤭 which I’ll take considering it’s his usual order at Nando’s! 🤣 We have ours with fries and side salad & if you have the cals for chicken thigh that goes amazing in these too. Ingredients (serves 2): 2 chicken breasts (140g each) 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp peri seasoning 2 tsp peri marinade Salt Black pepper To Serve 2 reduced fat cheese slices 2 tortilla wraps 2 handfuls chopped lettuce (romaine works best) 30g chilli jam 30g perinaise 💞Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, peri seasoning, peri marinade, salt and black pepper. Mix well until evenly coated. Air fry at 190C for 12-14 minutes depending on thickness until cooked through and lightly charred. 💞Top with the cheese for the final minute or two of cooking. 💞Roughly chop into bite sized pieces. 💞Add the chopped lettuce down the centre of each wrap. 💞Top with the chopped chicken before drizzling over the perinaise and chilli jam. 💞Fold in the sides of the wraps and roll up tightly. 💞Slice in half and serve immediately.
