Mine told me I could come in and get mine done between 10-12 weeks. My next appointment at the time was at 12 weeks, so I just waited to do it at that appointment.

My ob did it at 12 weeks, and that’s standard procedure at their practice. I’m pretty sure that’s the norm most places.

I had mine done at 11 weeks, but my OB told me that some body types can do it earlier, and some need to do it later to ensure a high enough fetal fraction rate.

My midwife made me wait until I wasn’t sick anymore and was fully hydrated before she did my first appt. Which included full labs and genetic testing at 12 weeks 3 days.

I’m getting my NIPT at 12 weeks too next week but I’m getting the advanced NIPT because I have a chromosome issue. Even with regular NIPT it’s more than just a gender test…

I went at 9 weeks and 5 days, my dr literally made me wait two days and come back for labs. My results came back that I’m having a girl, can’t wait to confirm

I’ve never even taken a blood test to find the sex I’ve always found the sex at my 4 month ultrasound but there are different tests now and days. I kinda like the wait!!

With my first I got bloodwork done at 15 weeks, but with my second I’m at a new doctor and they did it at exactly 11 weeks. I think it all depends on your doctor.
