What recommendations do you have for being able to hold yourself better? Also mental notes to not get down!? Im having a really hard time but its something i want to push through so i can enjoy it & feel confident in myself. I just keep getting frustrated. A lot of people seem to pick it up more naturally. I know theres no time limit but I be struggling lol!
