I did this entire process on my truck last month, where I washed it twice, de-ironed the paint, clay barred twice, then added the coating, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I live in Washington, so we get plenty of rain and it beads off like crazy. The other morning it was pouring at my house and 10 minutes later I got to work where it wasn't raining and the truck was bone dry, and no road grime was even stuck to the paint. Looked like I just washed it!
