Ppl saying “4” is wrong either didn’t pay attention or they misheard/misread something. No, he wasn’t BORN quirkless. But his original quirk was stolen when he was a baby so by the time he was five, he and his family had assumed he was. Can’t remember the exact wording but it’s when Tenko was sitting outside after getting in trouble (which I’m assuming as just hours before afo found him and gave him decay) Korato said he shouldn’t even be talking about wanting to be a hero because he doesn’t even have a quirk. So technically he WAS quirkless for a while
