Your body needs a certain amount of energy each day to stay alive, move, think, breathe and function. If you give it less energy than it needs, it has to get the rest from somewhere. That “somewhere” is stored body fat. That’s it. No detox tea. No fat burners. No waist trainers. No magic supplements. No “metabolism boosting” coffee. Just a calorie deficit. The hard part isn’t understanding it. The hard part is doing it consistently enough to see results. Most people don’t fail because the plan doesn’t work. They fail because they quit after one bad weekend.
