From STL area moved to Ft. Hood in the 90s and pork steaks weren't sold anywhere. They weren't in Albertsons or any BBQ restaurants. I've been eating pork steaks with Maul's since 1980

Bro, I was raised in Texas in the 80s and 90s and not one place ever had BBQ Pork steaks. But when I moved to St Louis in 2007, I was introduced to BBQ Pork Steaks, they are definitely not from Texas. Guess you need to edit your Video. I really enjoy your videos, but you don’t get to just say something is Texas just because it’s put on a smoker.
