@fun_league_builds: ❓ What server do you play on? ❓ Today's build is AP Gangplank. This is an interesting one because Gangplank's R already hits pretty hard, but with a good amount of AP it actually deletes entire teams. The downside is that you are super reliant on your R for most of your damage, so you need to play safe when it's on cooldown. You want to stack a lot of R cooldown reduction to keep it up as much as possible. Your W also scales with AP, giving you some surprisingly good healing which helps a lot when you're caught without your ultimate. For runes, we go Dark Harvest as our keystone to make your R snipes even better. Sorcery is the secondary rune tree. Item wise, you always want an early Sheen because it's just so good with your Q. After that, Malignance is great for your ult's damage and cooldown. Then Lich Bane for more burst with Q and Shadowflame for more overall burst on your R. You want a build for a specific champ?
